Job Description
* Build and execute a territory plan for DACH, including target account planning and proactive outbound strategy.* Generate pipeline consistently through self-sourced prospecting, warm internal referrals, marketing leads and partner introductions.* Lead structured discovery across HR, Finance, Legal and executive stakeholders to uncover business drivers, risks, and expansion timelines.* Run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles using a clear qualification framework and strong deal governance.* Build and present commercial proposals and ROI-backed business cases, handling objections and leading negotiations through close.* Maintain forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene, with disciplined weekly deal reviews and next-step clarity.* Operate in competitive cycles, clearly positioning Safeguard Global against alternatives, including global EOR platforms and local providers.* Partner closely with BDRs, Marketing, Solutions/Operations, and implementation teams to ensure a strong handover an...
