Sourcing Specialist or Global Sourcing Specialist or Technical Recruiter
to collaborate closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers in crafting innovative strategies to identify exceptional candidates for our Global teams across North America regions. In this role, you will employ creative methods to uncover top talent and engage passive candidates through a dynamic and proactive approach.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment across
diverse skill sets and locations.
Work with candidates across various work authorization types, including
US Citizens, Green Card holders, GC-EAD and other valid US work authorizations .
Source candidates via job portals, referrals, and social media.
Proactively source and engage candidates through direct outreach and conversations
Build and maintain strong candidate relationships through consistent follow-up
