About the job
We are seeking a Sourcing Specialist or Global Sourcing Specialist or Technical Recruiter to collaborate closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers in crafting innovative strategies to identify exceptional candidates for our Global teams across North America regions. In this role, you will employ creative methods to uncover top talent and engage passive candidates through a dynamic and proactive approach.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment across diverse skill sets and locations.
- Work with candidates across various work authorization types, including US Citizens, Green Card holders, GC-EAD and other valid US work authorizations.
- Source candidates via job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Proactively source and engage candidates through direct outreach and conversations
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships through consistent follow-up
- Apply advanced Linked In Recruiter / RPS and Boolean search techniques
- Demonstrate solid technical understanding to assess skills, experience, and role fit
- Qualify candidates on availability, motivation, work rights, location, and commercial alignment
- Maintain active, conversion-ready pipelines aligned to live roles
- Conduct screenings, schedule interviews, and manage offer rollouts.
- Deliver recruitment outcomes with urgency in time-critical hiring scenarios
- Partner closely with account managers and recruiters to understand role priorities
- Track and report on activity, pipeline health, and hiring outcomes
Requirements
- 2-8 years of Proven experience as an Sourcing Specialist or Global Sourcing Specialist or IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter within an in-house recruiting team.
- Strong candidate engagement and relationship-building skills
- Hands-on expertise with Linked In Recruiter / RPS and Boolean searching
- Sound technical understanding of IT roles, technologies, and delivery models
- Ability to recruit across multiple technologies and geographic locations
- High levels of urgency, accountability, and ownership
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Outcome-driven mindset with comfort working to KPIs
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Resilient, organized, and commercially aware
- Knowledge of ATS / HR tools preferred.
