Global Specialist Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)

Spain - Barcelona | Madrid

Are you passionate about creating a workplace where everyone feels they belong? We’re looking for a Global DEI Specialist to support the design, coordination, and delivery of our global DEI and Culture & Belonging initiatives. In this role, you’ll work closely with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), HR teams, and business stakeholders to help bring our DEI and Culture & Belonging priorities to life through impactful initiatives, events, and communications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a varied, purpose-driven role within HR or DEI.

What makes us special:
  • Become part of a unique entrepreneurial team. Think independently, use your initiative, and take some risks. Entrepreneurship is a powerful force that drives the growth not only of our firm but our clients and people.

  • Unlock the power of opportunity. Advance your career in a thriving company that creates positive impact. We invest in your professional development every step of the way.

  • Enjoy balance and flexible working. Be empowered to do your best work – whether it’s remotely or in the office.

  • Prioritize your health and wellbeing. No matter where you live, we offer a competitive suite of health benefits to help keep you and your loved ones safe.

  • Work in a values-driven culture. At Simon-Kucher, our vision is to become the world's leading growth specialist. Our values guide the way we do business and communicate our distinctiveness. They sum up what we stand for, influence our culture, and drive how and why we do things.
  • How you will create an impact:
  • Employee Resource Groups (ERGs): Partner with our ERG leads to support annual planning and implementation of initiatives that strengthen inclusion and belonging. You will coordinate global ERG activities, facilitate regular connection and cross-group sessions, share best practices, and provide operational and administrative support to ERG leads, helping to build community internally.

  • Operations and project support: Support the implementation and continuous evolution of our global DEI framework, track budgets and project progress, and maintain documentation and project trackers, as well as prepare materials for meetings and reports. Collaboration with HR teams and other stakeholders will be central to ensuring effective coordination and delivery of initiatives.

  • Communications and engagement: Support DEI-related communications by creating and coordinating intranet articles, newsletters, and updates on DEI and Culture & Belonging initiatives. You will help maintain DEI and ERG intranet pages and collaboration channels, working closely with internal and external communications teams to support ongoing engagement and awareness initiatives across the organization.

  • Data, reporting, and insights: Coordinate DEI data collection and reporting, conduct benchmarking and research, and help analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps that inform future DEI priorities.

  • Events and programs: Organize global and regional DEI events, sessions, and campaigns from planning through delivery, working closely with ERGs and the Communications team, and support the collection and evaluation of feedback to continuously improve DEI initiatives.
  • About you:
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in or contributing to DEI programs or HR projects, ideally within a global or matrix organization.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Confident using Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.

  • Strong coordination and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

  • Experience supporting cross-regional projects, events, or communications.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering high-quality outcomes.

  • Comfortable analyzing and managing data to generate insights and reporting.

  • Interest in using AI tools and technology to enhance DEI and HR processes.

  • Collaborative, inclusive, and diplomatic, with a strong sense of confidentiality.

  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and timelines.
