Bachelor or Master degreeAffinity with data, analytics and statistics and willingness to develop this (education in area of Data Science/Analytics or Econometrics is a plus)Experience in data analytics role or demand planning is a plusBusiness savvy, able to understand the dynamics of various markets we operate in, with a focus on Africa and Middle EastUnderstanding of (customer) supply chain within RFC: only internal, external outDemonstrated stakeholder management skills, including the ability to collaborate across cultures and geographiesExcellent communication & presentation skills (English must, Dutch optional)Pro-active/action oriented, self-starterHigh sense of responsibility and accountabilityPragmatic and flexibleDynamic/energetic, able to motivate and engage with colleagues and managementWilling to travel (should there be a business need)
