    Global Strategic Collections Lead, Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain, Pune:



  • Global Scope - Manage a growing portfolio across multiple industries, covering both credit and cash customers in diverse international markets.


  • Team Leadership - Lead a global team of 30-40 members, including 8-10 direct reports.


  • Strategic Role - Partner with senior commercial leadership and executive sponsors to influence key stakeholders.


  • Operational to Strategic Shift - Evolve from a primarily operational focus to a target strategic engagement.


  • Core Focus Areas - B2B collections, dispute resolution, process improvements.


  • Systems - Use ERP S4 HANA and in-house reporting tools for performance management.


  • KPIs - Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), dispute closure rates, invoice quality

    Global Strategic Collections Lead, Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain, Pune, Profile Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.


  • At least 12 years' experience in B2B collections or accounts receivable, with a strong track record in people leadership.


  • Background in the transportation, shipping, or logistics sector.


  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.


  • Lean or Six Sigma training/certification is an advantage.


  • Skilled in handling complex situations with confidence and strong negotiation capabilities.
  • Proven ability to lead change initiatives and drive process improvement.


  • Adept at influencing stakeholders without direct authority.


  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on leveraging technology for solutions.


  • Comfortable collaborating with remote, cross-cultural teams across multiple time zones.
