As HR Strategy, Transformation and Excellence (HRSTE) is an important global HR pillar for the coming years and aims to transform the HR operating model, governance and strategy approach; HRSTE ensures a state-of-the-art experience for, with and from HR. Therefore, the next step for Global HR will be to build a scalable global HR Transformation & Services team to ensure continuity, efficiency, and scalability.

The Strategic Planning, and Development Analyst contributes to the development and execution of HR’s strategic direction by driving structured planning processes, synthesizing insights, and ensuring alignment across HR functions. Translates strategy into actionable plans and supports leadership decision-making through data, analysis, and strategic frameworks.
