Overview

The opportunity Hitachi Energy is looking for a Global Supplier Development Engineer focused on the critical to quality categories such as gaskets, different insulation materials and chemicals . This position can be based anywhere in Europe where Hitachi Energy operates.

In this role, you will ensure our suppliers deliver high-quality materials while maintaining cost-effectiveness. You will implement proactive quality assurance processes to enhance the quality and delivery performance of our supply base. Aligning with our Category Strategy, you will lead supplier assessments, manage development initiatives, oversee parts approvals, and drive continuous improvement, ultimately elevating our supplier partnerships and contributing to our operational excellence.
