Job Description

What you’ll do:

  • Partnership ownership: manage relationships with right holders, key sellers, and distribution platforms; handle contracting, terms, pricing, renewals, and compliance .
  • Supply activation & optimization: coordinate API integrations with direct sellers; ensure availability, map accuracy, and pricing quality .
  • On-sale readiness: partner with Product/Marketing/Content to prep key launches and campaigns.
  • Ops & fulfillment design: define operational and fulfillment flows with Customer Experience (CX) for new providers (platforms and sellers).
  • Market intelligence: track secondary ticketing dynamics (pricing, fees, risk, competitive moves) and identify gaps/opportunities.
  • Performance reporting: monitor supplier KPIs and margin, propose actions.
