Global Supply Planning Analyst - Temporary position

Overview

The Global Supply Planning Analyst focuses on global Distribution & Requirement Planning, Inventory Management, and Order Chain Processing for a dedicated portfolio of Straumann Group’s oral care products and services.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, monitor, and analyze master and transactional data related to the centralized operational planning of finished goods, ensuring reliable and efficient material and document flows to meet expected service while optimizing inventory levels in Straumann Group’s global distribution network.
• Assess and release purchase orders (MRP job-based or manual) to suppliers worldwide; track and monitor resulting global make-to-stock/make-to-order replenishments in the global distribution network.
• Compile accurate procurement plans for internal and external manufacturing to support capacity reservation for consistent and continuous short- to mid-term supply.
