The Collateral Services team is responsible for processing collateral related counterparty risk exposure management and collating and distributing client portfolio valuations. They manage collateral exposure, call or give margin to counterparties, and handle OTC derivatives and securities including interest rate, equity, credit and FX derivatives. The role is split between Client Facing and Data Quality responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily operations support to ensure controls are carried out as required, preventing operational loss and reputational risk.
  • Act as the primary contact for the business and clients for escalation issues.
  • Ensure dispute processes are aligned globally to mitigate risk and increase efficiency.
