We are looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Capability Lead to help bring our TA strategy to life by building the skills, behaviors, and ways of working that enable exceptional hiring across Mars. This 6–8 month maternity cover offers a strong development opportunity with broad visibility across Global TA and the chance to position yourself for future opportunities as our function continues to evolve.
