The Global TA Innovation Lead is accountable for shaping and scaling Unilever's next-generation Talent Acquisition ecosystem bringing together Recruitment Marketing & Insights, Global Sourcing, and Total Talent into a single, integrated model from attraction through retention.
This role drives the design, innovation, and global deployment of world-class TA capabilities, ensuring that technology, services, and ways of working are scalable, insight-led, and embedded across TA hubs and markets globally.
