Responsibilities

IRB Barcelona is seeking to recruit a Talent & Development Officer to join the People Department. Reporting to the Talent & Development Section Head, the Officer facilitates full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives. This role contributes to the development of diverse HR projects to ensure HR excellence and a high-quality employee experience.

- Ensure the implementation of the best hiring processes, and work to improve the ones already in place.

- Support the end-to-end recruitment process.

- Be responsible for placing job ads, verifying references, and conducting interviews.

- Deliver an exceptional experience for all new members and potential candidates.

- Foster great relationships with each of the participants of the recruitment process.
