Job Description

  • Spearheading the Talent Management function for YASH Global, driving end-to-end talent strategy aligned to business growth, profitability, and future-ready capabilities. Responsible for building scalable frameworks across workforce planning, career management, job architecture, skill taxonomy, succession planning, and leadership development, enabling a strong talent pipeline across geographies.
  • Design, develop, implement, rollout and governance of the Career Management Framework, including driving various facets of the same and periodic revisions/enhancements as & when required
  • You will work with Business, HR Leaders, HRBPs, and Talent Management Specialists to resolve BU(Business Unit) specific talent challenges and drive harmonisation of people-related processes and frameworks to ensure uniformity in talent approach.
