Role Overview:

The Global Tax Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s global tax compliance, planning, and strategy. This role involves ensuring the company meets its tax obligations worldwide, optimizing tax positions, and mitigating risks. The successful candidate will lead a team to navigate complex tax regulations, support business operations, and drive tax-efficient strategies across all the company's jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tax Compliance:

o Oversee global tax compliance, including corporate income tax, VAT/GST, transfer pricing, and other indirect taxes. Africa exposure is must.

o Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns and payments.
