What We Expect

Digital Operations Centers (DOC) at TK Elevator intend to translate data into actionable insights for our service and sales workforce in field operations, all geared towards improving performance of our customers’ elevators and escalators. At multiple locations worldwide we run DOCs where top experts from elevator domain, data and field operations gather. These efforts are facilitated by a comprehensive set of digital solutions that create data transparency, recognize failure pattern, derive actionable recommendations for service technicians and monitor post intervention performance.

This role is key to define consistent and executable roadmaps for the digital solutions supporting DOCs at TK Elevator.

Responsibilities
