Global Technical Support (Automotive)

Responsibilities

Serve as a global expert supporting markets with complex technical issues across trucks, buses, and power systems. Provide fast, high‑quality technical troubleshooting to ensure vehicle uptime. Collaborate with colleagues worldwide in a regional support team based in Selangor. Work closely with R&D for advanced or unresolved technical cases. Build strong partnerships with Local Technical Support teams to improve processes and escalation workflows. Share knowledge, support continuous improvement, and enhance troubleshooting methods across markets. Develop broad product knowledge while specialising in selected technical domains.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in automotive technology with deeper expertise in areas like powertrain, electrical systems, networks (CAN/Ethernet), or advanced diagnostics.
