YOUR IMPACT

As the Global Top Client Relations Director for CHANEL Fashion, you will play a key role in developing and supporting engagement strategy and programs for our most valued clients globally. Based in Paris, you will work closely with Global, Regional, and Local teams to help deliver a consistent and high-quality experience for Top Clients in every market. 

Main Responsibilities 

Top Client Strategy

  • Deliver for the Fashion’s key strategic cycle Top client strategy leveraging Client intelligence, prospective insights and analyses. 

  • Partner with Global and Regional leaders to identify new opportunities, anticipate market shifts, and position CHANEL at the forefront of Top Client engagement. 

  • Act as a strategic thought leader, ensuring that all decisions are informed by both Brand ambitions and CHANEL’s singular vision, always keeping Top Clients evolving desires and expectations at the heart of every initiative. 

  • Driving Consistent 360-Engagement Programs 

  • Working in partnership with Global and Local teams across Image & Events , Client, and Retail, propose and oversee a comprehensive global 360° Top Client engagement strategy, identifying priorities and ensuring these are reflected across collection orchestrations, boutique initiatives, local partnerships, gifting programs, and all other engagement opportunities. 

  • Foster collaboration across markets to ensure best practices are shared and adapted locally. 

  • Elevating Service Excellence 

  • Tap into the evolving passions and hidden touchpoints of our Top Clients, anticipating what will inspire and engage them for years to come, and ensuring that every engagement is both forward-thinking, personal and aligned with CHANEL Fashion vision. 

  • Work with Top Client teams worldwide to maintain and enhance service standards. 

  • Create an environment where teams are encouraged to find new ways to improve client service and experience. 

  • Delivering High-Quality Client Experiences 

  • Coordinate the planning and deliver experiences, including fashion shows and exclusive events, in partnership with global teams. 

  • WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • 15-20 years’ experience in luxury client relations and global strategy, ideally within the Fashion or High-end Hospitality sectors.

  • Strategic, analytical and creative thinker with a deep understanding of luxury market dynamics, and proven experience participating in strategic presentations with strong communication skills and the ability to present effectively in both English and French. 

  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing exceptional experiences and events for Top Client Fashion clientele. 

  • Proven experience managing large teams and budgets, with the ability to allocate resources to maximize impact. 

  • Strong leadership and cultural agility, with the ability to inspire and unify diverse, multicultural teams across markets. 

  • Based in Paris with ability to travel internationally when required.
