Overview

The Opportunity: Reporting to the HR Director Markets & the EVP of Global Travel Retail, the HRD of Global Travel Retail develops and executes the HR strategy to support the overall business objectives and strategic direction of the organization; specifically in the areas of performance management & people development, employee engagement & relations and DE&I, organizational design and planning, compensation & benefits. The GTR HR provides strategic leadership by developing and implementing global plans to support and advise the Senior Leadership Team as it relates to their teams.
