Job Title: Head – Exports

Location: Churchgate, Mumbai

Reporting To: CEO

• Lead and grow the B2B export business for Tea and Coffee across assigned international markets.
• Design and execute export strategies, including distributor appointment, capability building, and performance management.
• Develop strong relationships with overseas distributors, importers, HoReCa chains, corporates, institutions, and gifting partners.
• Own export revenue, profitability, and achievement of primary and secondary sales targets.
• Review monthly MIS, sales forecasts, and market performance to drive growth and efficiency.
• Coordinate with logistics, finance, quality, and marketing teams to ensure smooth export operations and compliance.
• Represent the brand at global trade fairs, buyer meets, and key client interactions.
