Global Training Operations Administrator

A critical position in the Global Training Departments ability to deliver a successful service the incumbent will collaborate with a complex breadth of global stakeholders internally and will have regular contact with our customers. The role holder will be an important point of contact responsible for facilitating training delivery across the globe.

The Global Training Operations Consultant is expected to play an active role in the Global Training Operations Pillar assisting Operations management as needed and will be responsible for mentoring our team of Global Operations Specialists advocating for best practices and seeking continuous improvement.

• Schedules instructor led courses for both internal and external customers
