About the role:
Develop, optimize, implement and maintain the Group’s transfer pricing concepts and policies,
including managing and mitigating the related tax risks. Together with the two other team members, act as the Group wide coordinator for transfer pricing.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the global subject matter expert for TP and act as an internal advisor on TP aspects in
the area of related party transactions
- Support the Head of TP in developing, implementing and updating global transfer pricing
guidelines aligned with the business model
- Engage with country tax responsibles and regional tax managers, to support the Holcim group
companies during the course of transfer pricing audit proceedings across different levels
including MAP and APA
- Be a sparring partner and resource for the internal TP documentation center of excellence
- Analyze tax effects and risks of TP concepts applied and pro-actively develop recommendations for optimization including preventive actions such as APAs
- Monitor and support the adherence to the Group TP Policy
- Participate in and contribute to advocacy efforts
- Provide education and training to the internal tax and finance stakeholders
- Coordinate with external advisers
Education / Qualification:
●University Degree in Commerce, Business Economics, Law, Finance, Accounting or
Tax, CPA, Chartered Accountant or similar relevant background
Specific work experience:
- 7 to 9 years of experience in transfer pricing within a multinational company and/or a globally
reputed tax consulting or accounting firm
Technical / functional skills:
- Solid international transfer pricing knowledge and experience
● Advanced user of Google Workspace, MS-Office, knowledge of SAP
