About the role

We are looking for a Global Travel & Expense Manager for a 6 month Contract. You will report to the Director of Strategic Sourcing. You will lead the global T&E function, owning policy, systems, monthly close support, travel program oversight, and corporate card management across nine international subsidiaries.

We are considering US based applicant only. Must be able to work PST hours. 

Manage and enforce global T&E policy across subsidiaries; educate employees on Concur and T&E processes.

Oversee the Travel Management Company (TMC), including escalations, ad‑hoc travel issues, payments, and program performance.

Lead monthly T&E close activities, including accrual reporting, aging analysis, and GL reconciliation support.

Run and analyze monthly Concur & Cognos11 reports to ensure accuracy, policy compliance, and executive-level visibility.

Oversee Concur administration and NetSuite integration (via MuleSoft); lead global Concur deployments and continuous system optimizations. 

Manage manual Expense Report review processes where Concur is not yet deployed, ensuring consistency and local statutory compliance.

Manage the T&E Analyst and ensure strict SLA adherence by completing all expense report audits accurately and on time.

Oversee the AMEX corporate card program, including card issuance, account maintenance, compliance monitoring, and policy enforcement.

Partner with Payroll to execute employee reimbursements and manage the full personal spend recoupment process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong internal controls.

Support tax and accounting requirements within Concur workflows, including GL mapping, VAT/tax logic, audit rules, and compliance alignment.

Oversee T&E‑related vendor relationships, payments, and project-based initiatives.

Lead RFPs and sourcing for team offsites of 20+ participants, including end-to-end venue scouting, rate and contract negotiation, and coordination with vendors to secure cost-effective and compliant arrangements.

About You

5–7 years of T&E, Accounting Operations, or Finance Operations experience.

Hands on experience in the entertainment/media industry 

Hands‑on Concur administration expertise and experience with NetSuite & HRIS system integrations.

Experience managing corporate card programs and global T&E processes.

Strong analytical, operational, and compliance capabilities.

Experience with Concur Travel & Expense (administrator level)

Familiarity with NetSuite, MuleSoft, and AMEX@work Admin system & HRIS/Concur integrations.

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll’s Total Rewards offerings for employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, employer matched retirement savings, time-off programs, and progressive health benefits and perks.Pay Transparency - Remote, USA$50—$55 USD
