Job Title

The People Technologies team at Amadeus is looking for a Manager to lead the Workday HCM functional area. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end management of Workday HCM, ensuring seamless configuration, testing, change management, and delivery on a global scale .

You will play a critical role in driving system innovation, governance, and continuous improvement , ensuring that changes are effectively supervised and aligned with best practices. This includes reviewing and validating configuration updates, enhancements, and fixes implemented by colleagues to maintain system integrity and optimal functionality.
