Job Responsibilities

• We are looking for a dependable and skilled Globalscape EFT Engineer with experience in managing Globalscape Enhanced File Transfer (EFT) environments.
• The ideal candidate will take complete end-to-end ownership of issues and requests, ensuring secure and efficient file transfer operations. This includes user support, workflow troubleshooting, and managing file encryption processes.
• Basic Linux knowledge is a plus.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Take full responsibility for incidents and requests related to EFT—own the task from identification through to closure.
