Job Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate will take complete end-to-end ownership of issues and requests, ensuring secure and efficient file transfer operations. This includes user support, workflow troubleshooting, and managing file encryption processes.
- Basic Linux knowledge is a plus.
- Take full responsibility for incidents and requests related to EFT—own the task from identification through to closure.
- Monitor scheduled transfers, event rules, and platform health; proactively detect and resolve issues.
- Handle user provisioning, folder permissions, and secure access configurations.
- Support and troubleshoot file encryption and decryption issues using PGP or other encryption tools.
