DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Mandate: Grow the GAH Postpaid business by maximizing customer value among existing subscribers – upsell, retention, and engagement.
• Customer Analytics & Insights: Drives weekly dashboarding and customer insighting; consolidates base performance metrics across monetization and engagement; drills down and performs complex exploratory studies to identify correlation of business drivers & customer behavior (product experience, customer interests and willingness to buy); integrates diverse and relevant information and dashboards to internal departments to update market profiles and create game plans.
