General Manager – Commercial
Location: Noida
Function: Commercial, Pricing, Contracts, Credit Control, Order-to-Cash, Business Governance
Role Purpose
The GM – Commercial will own the complete commercial architecture of NMTronics’ machine and solution business — ensuring profitable growth, strong pricing discipline, robust contract governance, clean order-to-cash cycles, and enterprise risk control across SMT, Solar and EV verticals.
This is a business leadership role, not a transactional back-office role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Commercial Strategy & Governance
Design and own commercial policies (pricing, margins, discounting, approvals, credit terms).
Build deal governance framework to ensure profitable, risk-controlled closures.
Define margin protection strategy for machine, automation, spares and service revenue.
Partner with Sales, Finance and Operations to align commercial decisions with business goals.
