We are seeking a strategic and driven sales leader experienced in BUILDER SEGMENT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT for Fire Protection Systems, CCTV, and ELV Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and expand sales across India in FPS / CCTV / ELV / Smart Security domains.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team focused on project-based B2B business.
- Drive builder segment sales with leading real estate developers.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with revenue targets.
- Collaborate with project, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Lead client presentations, negotiations, and closures.
- Track and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Desired Profile
- Experience: Minimum 15+ years in B2B / Project Sales - in BUILDER SEGMENT
- Industry Exposure: Fire Protection Systems, CCTV, ELV, Access Control, or Locking Solutions.
- Client Exposure: Builders, Corporate, Government, Defence, and Large Residential or Commercial Projects.
- Network: Strong connects with leading builder groups in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Mumbai.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and team management.
