What you’ll do

Role purpose:

To drive and lead database initiatives within Finance Operations by partnering across IT, Operations, and business teams to enable process improvements, ensure strategic alignment, manage risks, empower transformation, and foster team development for continuous improvement and successful roadmap execution.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

  • Build and lead DB initiatives within finance Operations including S2P, ARC & COE teams
  • Partner with IT & Ops leaders to ensure timely execution of process improvement opportunities by enabling investment decisions, mitigating blockers
  • Empower transformation managers Identify opportunities to fill any gaps within roadmap
  • Collaborate with Business & Tech teams to ensure alignment on timelines, cost & resource planning
  • Manage/Mitigate high impact escalation, Risks to business roadmap
  • Provide learning & growth path for people within team to drive continuous improvement

    • Who you are

    Core competencies, knowledge and experience

  • 18+ overall Experience
  • 7+ year experience in Finance Operations (S2P, ARC, CoE etc.)
  • Stakeholder management
  • Value & Process analytics
  • Digital Transformation experience
  • Product Management
  • Business Acumen

    • Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • -Lean Six sigma blackbelt
  • -Project management certification
  • -Product Management

    • Key performance indicators

  • Target digital efficiency (DB) delivery
  • On-time project delivery
  •  People management (Sprit score)
