Summary
- Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager (GM), ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the executive office.
- This role requires discretion, professionalism, and excellent organizational and communication skills to manage correspondence, scheduling, and confidential matters effectively.
- Manage the GM's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and records with a high degree of confidentiality.
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, memos, and other documents as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of secretarial or executive assistant experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
