Summary

  • Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager (GM), ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the executive office.
  • This role requires discretion, professionalism, and excellent organizational and communication skills to manage correspondence, scheduling, and confidential matters effectively.
  • Manage the GM's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal and external meetings.
  • Organize and maintain files, documents, and records with a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, memos, and other documents as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of secretarial or executive assistant experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
