    Job Description

    Reporting to VP solutions engineering your responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing the global solution engineering team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Interface between Sales, Technology and production
  • Supporting sales maintaining quotation, customer and order data in CRM systems
  • Developing innovative machining and stamping solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Overseeing project execution, ensuring adherence to time lines and quality standards.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency in engineering processes.

    • The Successful Applicant

    A successful GM- Global Solution Engineering should have:

  • A degree in engineering, ideally with a focus on industrial or mechanical disciplines.
  • Proven expertise in heat exchangers engineering
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a global team.
  • Experience in developing and implementing innovative engineering solutions.
  • Excellent project management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and safety protocols.
