Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager – HR Operations to lead the full spectrum of HR operational functions and drive excellence across employee lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless HR service delivery, strengthening HR governance, enhancing process efficiency, and enabling a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership, create goals and strategy related to Manpower Planning and retention.
