Key Responsibilities / KRAs - General Manager - Plastics

1. Business Strategy & Growth

• Develop and execute the business strategy for the plastics vertical across India.

• Drive revenue, profitability, and market share growth.

• Identify new business opportunities, applications, and products for expansion.

• Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales and technical teams.

• Set performance targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure accountability.

• Foster a high-performance culture aligned with company values.

3. Customer & Market Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, processors, and distributors.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through technical support and value-added solutions.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with supply chain, finance, and technical support teams.

• Align business objectives with organizational goals and operational plans.

5. Travel & Field Engagement

• Pan-India travel to meet customers, manage teams, and explore business opportunities.

Products : ABS, PC-ABS, POM, Polyamides (Nylons 6 & 66), PPS, PMMA, SAN, PBT, Raw Materials for Plastics Master batch & Compound manufacturing.
