CTC: Up to ₹50 LPA
Experience: 15+ Years
We are looking for a senior Apparel Production Leader with strong core manufacturing & operations exposure in export apparel.
Key Highlights:
15+ years of experience in export apparel manufacturing
Core operations (manufacturing) expertise with complete shop-floor control
Hands-on management of 800–1000 machines
80% exposure to woven fabrics (strongly preferred)
End-to-end responsibility of factory operations
Proven leadership in large-scale export production setups
Strong focus on quality, cost optimization, efficiency & on-time delivery
