We are seeking a seasoned procurement professional to join our dynamic team as GM - B&C Goods. This role is based at Worli (Mumbai). The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in sourcing and procurement of a wide range of industrial materials, with a preference for those from the heavy machinery manufacturing or steel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead procurement activities for B&C Goods across multiple categories
- Develop and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery
- Negotiate contracts and manage supply chain risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, and finance
- Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
