    Job Description

    · Plan, create, and manage paid marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, affiliates.

    · Generate regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to stakeholders.

    · Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to align campaigns with business objectives.

    · Business Delivery while maintaining COA

    · Stake holder management

    · Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.

    · Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid marketing.

    Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools; analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

    The Successful Applicant

  • 7-12 years of experience on the brand side (not agency) in BFSI, NBFC, FMCG, Insurance, Fintech, or E-commerce
  • Proven ability in stakeholder management and handling large monthly spends (₹5-8 Cr)
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing & paid advertising (Google, Meta, COA management, lead gen campaigns)
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation & CRM tools (Webengage, Lemnisk, MoEngage, etc.)
