    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tebis Stamping Dies CAM Programmer/Machinist to join our manufacturing team. This role is central to our production process, involving the precise programming, simulation, and optimization of CNC machining operations for the creation of high-quality stamping dies. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in Tebis CAD/CAM software to translate complex engineering designs into efficient and accurate machine toolpaths, ensuring the integrity and functionality of the final dies. This position requires a strong understanding of machining principles, die manufacturing processes, and a commitment to precision and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment.

    Additional Information:

  • Analyze blueprints, engineering drawings, and 3D CAD models to determine machining requirements and optimal manufacturing processes.

  • Develop/Generate optimize CNC programs using TEBIS CAM.

  • CAD Preparation for smooth & Safe Tool path.

  • Create comprehensive setup documentation, including set-up sheets, bill of materials, and tool lists, to facilitate smooth machine operation by operators.

  • Collaborate closely with Global Manufacturing engineers, Plant teams to troubleshoot machining issues, resolve defects, and continuously improve processes.

  • Train and instruct CNC operators on proper machine usage, program execution, and safety protocols.

  • Maintain detailed records of machining processes, program changes, and maintenance activities.
