As Senior Manager, the role involves driving strategic initiatives, managing agentic led business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. Provide strategic advisory services, conduct market research, and develop data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance.

As part of our Process Reinvention Hub practice within Strategy & Consulting, you will help organizations reimagine and transform their value chains for tomorrow by leveraging AI, Lean Six Sigma and Business process management.

Co-create future-state architectures blending GenAI copilots, automation hubs, and data lakes with senior business stakeholders.

Have experience in Business Architecture Framing with help of Operating Model Design, Value Chain Analysis, Customer Journey Mapping, Business Capability Modelling etc. including mapping AI-enabled capabilities and agentic interaction layers.

Be adept in Process Discovery and/or Improvement initiatives and Process Intelligence / Mining (Celonis, Signavio, Power Automate).

Lead the creation of assets, accelerators, use case creation and enhancement for Reinvention Pods (playbooks, agent templates, prompt libraries)

Implement governance frameworks for AI/GenAI workflows ensuring transparency, accountability, and ethical compliance.

Partner with change management teams to drive stakeholder alignment, training, and sustained adoption of new processes.

Experience with team coaching, management, and development skills.

Lead business development initiatives and solutioning for RFP response especially in AI-infused transformation pursuits and RFPs.

Demonstrate leadership qualities and the ability to solve complex business problems.

MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 B-school.

Min. 10 years of relevant consulting experience in the required domain. 

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Conceptual understanding of as-is processes around Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Hire to Retire etc., ability to design to-be process and ability to overlay AI interventions.

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of industry trends, ERP/CRM platform transformation journey, GenAI copilots, digital twins, self-optimizing supply chains and other innovative technologies, and tools.

Industry domain experience is desirable in industries like Manufacturing, Consumer Goods & Retail, Life Sciences, Telecom, BFSI, Oil & Gas, Energy & Utilities, or High Tech industries.

Experience with lean six sigma projects and/or training/certification will be a plus.

Exposure to process mining analytics, FMEA frameworks, or Process Value Exploration models preferred.

Effective communication skills, especially around breaking down complex structures into digestible and relevant points for a diverse set of clients and colleagues, at all levels.
