Key Responsibilities:

• Core Responsibilities
  • Own GoHighLevel end-to-end
  • Set up and maintain pipelines, workflows, automations, forms, calendars
  • Phone numbers (including A2P registrations)
  • Email/SMS settings (including domains and email deliverability)
  • Integrations with third party platforms
  • Products
  • Create and maintain client onboarding workflows (especially for Launch and Advisory)
  • Create users, permissions, snapshots, and templates
  • Troubleshoot GHL issues and be the internal GHL expert
• Operational Reporting
  • Pull and prepare reports from GoHighLevel (pipelines, lead flow, conversions, activity)
  • Prepare simple, clear summaries (not raw data dumps)...
