GO Lang Tech Lead

This is a remote position. We are hiring: Senior Backend Architect / Lead Backend Engineer (Go) Were looking for a seasoned Backend Architect / Lead Engineer to design, build, and scale high-performance backend systems using Go (Golang). Youll own core platform services like courses, progress tracking, payments, and personalization, while leading system design and architectural decisions across backend and mobile platforms. What youll do: Architect and scale backend systems using Go Own core platform services and APIs Lead system design and technical decisions Set engineering best practices for performance and scalability Collaborate with Flutter-based mobile teams Mentor engineers and drive technical excellence Build AI-powered, personalized learning experiences What you bring: 7+ years of software engineering experience Strong hands-on experience with Go in production Proven experience scaling high-traffic systems Solid system design and architecture skills Passion for building impactful products
