Gold Loan Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Own P&L and overall business performance of the Gold Loan vertical for Maharashtra
• Manage and scale operations across ~50 branches statewide
• Directly handle 45+ branches through Regional / Area Managers
• Build the gold loan book from ground zero – acquisition, growth, and portfolio quality
• Drive branch productivity, disbursements, yields, and asset quality
• Set up strong sales, operations, and compliance frameworks
• Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing branch and regional leadership teams
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, audit, and risk policies
• Develop and execute market expansion and growth strategies
