Job Responsibilities


Drive business development and portfolio growth for Gold Loan products
Achieve regional sales, income, and profitability targets
Ensure 100% renewal retention and maintain zero delinquency
Develop sourcing channels and distribution network
Lead, train, and manage sales teams to achieve productivity benchmarks
Conduct regular business reviews and performance monitoring
Increase retail market penetration and market share
Implement sales promotions, contests, and cross-selling initiatives
Coordinate with Operations & Risk teams to ensure compliance and profitability
