Job Description

The Golf Course Superintendent is responsible for the overall management, maintenance, and conditioning of the golf course to ensure it meets the highest standards of playability, aesthetics, and environmental stewardship. This role requires strong leadership, agronomic expertise, and the ability to manage a team, equipment, and resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, direct, and supervise the maintenance of greens, tees, fairways, bunkers, roughs, and landscapes.
  • Develop and implement agronomic programs, including fertilization, irrigation, pest and disease control.
  • Manage, operate, and maintain the golf course irrigation system.
  • Lead, train, and supervise groundskeeping and maintenance staff, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Inspect the course regularly and make adjustments to maintain optimal playing conditions.
