Golf Operations Account Executive Reporting to: General Manager Job Summary The Golf Operations Account Executive is responsible for managing relationships with client groups and fulfilment of services to them. This role combines account management and operational coordination to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and smooth implementation of services. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Account Executive liaising with existing client golf groups and answering emails in a timely manner. Support the planning and coordination of the golf holiday packages including reserving caddies, restaurants and sightseeing. Assist with booking hotels, golf courses, Transportation etc. for vacation packages. Preparing vacation information packs. Requesting and recording payments from clients and entering sales, payments etc. as necessary in the companys accounting systems.
