Responsibilities:
Providing service excellence to members and guests during bookings and retail interactions by providing knowledgeable advice and recommendations in a welcoming mannerManagement of tee times including bookings, changes and cancellations for members and guestsPromote product inventory through creative merchandising displaysParticipate in event coordination of day to day events including corporate events and club wide golf specific eventsImplementation of Golf Shop policies and Club rules and regulations such as dress codeTimely and effective two-way communication between members, staff and supervisor Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience with a proven track record of exceptional serviceMust have a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skillsComputer and Point of Sale System skills are required...
