Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Providing service excellence to members and guests during bookings and retail interactions by providing knowledgeable advice and recommendations in a welcoming manner

  • Management of tee times including bookings, changes and cancellations for members and guests

  • Promote product inventory through creative merchandising displays

  • Participate in event coordination of day to day events including corporate events and club wide golf specific events

  • Implementation of Golf Shop policies and Club rules and regulations such as dress code

  • Timely and effective two-way communication between members, staff and supervisor
  • Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience with a proven track record of exceptional service

  • Must have a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Computer and Point of Sale System skills are required...
