About the Role


We are looking for an experienced and performance-focused Google Ads Account Manager to own, manage, and scale paid search campaigns across multiple accounts. This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, data-driven, and experienced in driving measurable results through Google Ads.


As a Google Ads Account Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end campaign management, client performance optimization, reporting, and continuous improvement of paid acquisition strategies.


Key Responsibilities

Google Ads Strategy & Account Management


Manage and optimize multiple Google Ads accounts across:


Search


Display


Performance Max


YouTube (preferred)


Own campaign performance from planning and setup to optimization and scaling.


Develop account structures aligned with business goals and ROI targets.


Campaign Execution & Optimization


Conduct advanced keyword research and intent mapping.


Optimize bids, budgets, ad copies, extensions, and targeting to improve:


CTR


CPC


CPA


Conversion Rate


ROAS


Implement A/B testing on:


Ad copies


Keywords


Landing pages


Monitor campaigns daily and proactively resolve performance issues.


Tracking, Analytics & Reporting


Set up and maintain conversion tracking using:


Google Ads


GA4


Google Tag Manager (preferred)


Analyze campaign performance using:


Google Analytics


Google Search Console


Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.


Identify scaling opportunities and cost-saving strategies.


Collaboration & Account Ownership


Work closely with content, design, and development teams to improve landing page performance.


Coordinate with stakeholders to align paid search strategy with business objectives.


Stay updated with Google Ads platform updates, policy changes, and best practices.


Required Qualifications & Skills


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.


Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts.


Strong expertise in:


Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)


Keyword research & intent-based targeting


Conversion tracking & attribution


Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and how they complement paid search.


Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.


Excellent communication and reporting skills.


Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications


Google Ads Certification


Google Analytics (GA4) Certification


Experience with social media ads (Meta) is a plus
