Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Google Ads Expert who can plan, execute, and scale high-performing paid campaigns across Google platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in lead generation, ROI optimization, and high-budget campaign management , with the ability to drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)
  • Handle high-budget campaigns with a strong focus on ROI, CPA, and ROAS
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
  • Create and optimize ad copies, extensions, and landing page strategies
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking, GA4, Google Tag Manager
  • Monitor campaign performance and generate weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Perform A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages
  • Scale campaigns for international and domestic markets
  • Collaborate with SEO, design, and sales teams to improve conversions
  • Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends and algorithm changes
Required Skills & Experience
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads / PPC
  • Strong expertise in Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping Ads
  • Proven experience in lead generation and performance marketing
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
  • Experience managing international & domestic campaigns
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
  • Experience with B2B & IT services campaigns
  • Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
  • Exposure to automation, scripts, and smart bidding strategies
  • Certifications in Google Ads / Analytics
