Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Google Ads Expert who can plan, execute, and scale high-performing paid campaigns across Google platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in lead generation, ROI optimization, and high-budget campaign management, with the ability to drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, You Tube, Shopping)
- Handle high-budget campaigns with a strong focus on ROI, CPA, and ROAS
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Create and optimize ad copies, extensions, and landing page strategies
- Set up and manage conversion tracking, GA4, Google Tag Manager
- Monitor campaign performance and generate weekly/monthly performance reports
- Perform A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages
- Scale campaigns for international and domestic markets
- Collaborate with SEO, design, and sales teams to improve conversions
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends and algorithm changes
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads / PPC
- Strong expertise in Search, Display, You Tube, and Shopping Ads
- Proven experience in lead generation and performance marketing
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience managing international & domestic campaigns
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
- Experience with B2 B & IT services campaigns
- Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
- Exposure to automation, scripts, and smart bidding strategies
- Certifications in Google Ads / Analytics
